This is a nice budget gaming PC for those who are moving away from console and wants a PC that can handle any game in 1080p medium to high settings depending on the game, plus it can do live-streaming thanks to the NVIENC encoder the GPU has, plus the ARGB fan on the CPU cooler is customizable on the controller on the back of the PC under the graphics card video our ports. 

I can include a monitor if you'd like and it will be an extra $15, only thing you'll be missing is the VGA to HDMI adapter which can be bought off Amazon for super cheap.
