Ready to Ship Builds
Ships within 1–3 business days.
Always-Stocked Builds
Ships within 6–11 business days.

We use UPS as our trusted shipping carrier for all PC deliveries.
Every system is thoroughly stress-tested, quality-checked, and securely packed before shipment. Tracking details will be sent via email after your order is shipped.
Shipping Coverage:
- We ship only within the United States (no international shipping)
- Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may incur higher fees than the continental US due to increased shipping costs
Local Pickup
If you request a local pickup and are in the Bushnell, FL area, we will email or text you when your system is ready and coordinate a convenient meetup place and time.
Local Delivery
If you prefer delivery instead of using shipping carriers, and are within approximately an 1 hour 30 minute radius of Bushnell, FL, delivery is available for a flat fee between $20 and $40 depending on distance.
Warranty
- Always-Stocked Builds include a 1-Year Hardware Warranty
- Ready to Ship Builds include a 6-Month Hardware Warranty
- Custom PC Build Orders include a 1-Year warranty on new parts and 3-month warranty on used parts
- Lifetime labor coverage on all systems
Coverage:
- Replacement for manufacturer defects
- Repairs for eligible hardware issues
Not Covered:
- Damage from accidents, power surges, liquids, or environment
- Mishandling, overclocking, third-party modifications
- Damage from misuse, neglect, improper shipping/installation, disasters, unauthorized service
- Warranty only valid under normal use and with proof of purchase
Defective Exchanges:
- 3 days from delivery to request defect exchange (local customers only)
Warranty Service:
- BlindTech manages RMA with manufacturers, covering return & repair shipping and labor

- Keep all packaging and shipping materials for returns (this also applies to returns)

Return Policy
Return window: 30 days from delivery date
Condition requirements:
- Returns accepted within 13 days of delivery for unopened items.
Opened or custom builds may incur a 20% restocking fee. - If your PC arrives damaged, defective, or non-functioning, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Refunds are only granted if the product arrives non-functioning.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the product’s limitations and performance expectations; therefore, we do not take responsibility if the product does not meet customer expectations.
Return process:
- Contact blindtechpcs@icloud.com to initiate a return
- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Package item securely and ship back
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Return shipping:
Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or we made an error.
Limited Liability
- BlindTech provides support exclusively for hardware repairs or replacements of faulty components. No claims for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages will be accepted, regardless of circumstance.
Excluded damages: We are not liable for:
- Damage from accidental drops, power fluctuations, liquid damage, or environmental causes is not covered
- Warranty voided by mishandling, performance overclocking, or third-party alterations
- Receipt or invoice required to process warranty requests
- Warranty is effective only when product is used as instructed
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
Terms of Sale
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay Installments, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Cancellations & Changes
Ready to Ship PCs cannot be canceled once shipping has started.
For Staple or Custom Builds, cancellations after production begins may incur restocking or labor fees.

Risk of Loss
Once your order has shipped, the risk of loss passes to the customer. BlindTech is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged after being handed over to the carrier.
Financing Options
